Valentine Swap and Upcoming Classes

Hi Everyone!
Happy Thursday!  I am down in San Antonio, Texas getting ready for a long day of classes, swapping cards and trading stamping ideas.  Bliss!!  Today I wanted to share with you one of my swaps that I'm giving out while I'm down here and tell you about some upcoming classes.

First, the class info!  I've scheduled a Sunday afternoon for my first "project catch up" night on January 29th from 3-7 PM.  For just $10, you can bring your unfinished or not started paper projects and work on them away from home.  Have the use of all my inks, punches, dies...anything non-consumable. You bring your consumable paper, scissors, adhesives, etc and I'll provide a fun work space.  I'll be available for consultation.  AND if you place an order that day for $20 or more, your class time is absolutely FREE!

I will also have some holiday scrapbook kit pages (everything cut, you assemble) available for $6 each.  RSVP through my SU website or by emailing me at trish@kolarik.org.  Hope to see you there!

My second class is my monthly Stamp-A-Stack...Wednesday February 8th from either 9-11AM or 7-9 PM, make 3 cards for $10, or 6 for $15, or 9 for $20.  If you place a $20 or more order take $10 off your class fee!

I'll have more of my monthly classes posted here and on my SU website soon.  Now back to the cards!

I used a wonderful product called a textured impressions embossing folder to create the raised hearts along the bottom- so sweet!  You get three folders for just $8.95, a great deal!  It's in the new Occasions Mini catalog item # 125601.

Other items used :

Word Play stamp set (a great set I use all the time) #120308 wood, #120651 clear.
Blushing Bride and Cherry Cobbler cardstock
Cherry Cobbler ink
#125580 Blushing Bride Smooch Spritz (ok I might have gone a little heavy with it but it's a pretty effect!)
Red Glimmer Paper
Small heart punch #117193
#125599 Hearts collection Framelit dies
AND for a special effect, I used a strip of fabric from the Deck the Halls collection.  It may be Christmas themed fabric but I thought it worked well here!

Have a great day everyone!
