Three more days until SaleABration!!!

I am so excited!  I am learning so much at Leadership and I can't wait to come back and share it with everyone.  AND sale-a-bration starts on TUESDAY!!!  This is when every $50 purchase earns you a free stamp set or paper product from the SAB catalog.  And it's such beautiful stuff!

Here is a card that I submitted for a design contest.  I don't know if it's good enough to win but I really like the color combination.  Pool party and Island Indigo is just so sharp when paired together!

The stamp set is from the Occasions Mini, a beautiful set that pairs nicely with the new heart framelits.  I colored in the bird stamp with my blender pens and ink pads to give it a more muted effect.  And I was pleased to be able to use a strip of fabric from Springtime Vintage.  It's not an exact color match but it is sooooo close.  I used some ruffled island indigo ribbon to tie it off.  The sentiment is from a new SaleABration set called Elementary Elegance, and it's my favorite one of the bunch.  Has a french feel to it or something :) I also embossed the larger island indigo heart with the square lattice embossing folder to give it some texture.  I'll let you know if I win but I know there is some AMAZING competition!
